The registration fees are the following:

Early-bird registration (until May 17, 2026):

Student                       €235

Regular                       €295

Ordinary registration (until June 20, 2026):

Student                       €285

Regular                       €365

The registration fee includes lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks and reception on September 3rd. The fee also includes a two-year membership for the International Association of Multilingualism (IAM; students €50/regular €90). 

The conference dinner will take place on September 4th and is paid separately (€65).

We ask presenters to register during early-bird registration to guarantee that their presentation is included in the conference programme (by May 17, 2026).

Conference attendees registering as students are required to send proof of student status to iaml3conference2026@amu.edu.pl
as soon as possible after registration.

Refund policy: Refunds can only be guaranteed up until June 20, 2026. Please contact the organizers to request a refund.
